*We are not currently offering Strength Training as an add on during the 2021 beach season due to the number of athletes we are currently training within our beach club. We will take this statement down when we resume the opportunity, but it will not likely be for 2021. Thanks for your understanding.
Strength Training will be a combination of Olympic weight lifting, plyometric weight training, strength building, abdominal core work, and rotator cuff strengthening exercises. It is to prepare and conditioning the athlete for the sport of volleyball and the beating the body takes. I focus on a lot of single leg strengthening and stability as well as range of motion and pre-habilitation for shoulders and knees. We will work on explosive lifts in the weight room and also incorporate medicine balls and resistant band type work. Everything is geared to gaining explosive power to increase vertical jump. While this training is specific to volleyball I can modify for any athlete or individual to reach their goals wether it be weight loss, weight gain, etc.

If you want to do one session a week we can do a monthly package where I will offer one set training session once a week, but will type up and print off a program for the rest of your training sessions on your own for the month. The session with me will be the technique oriented session. What I ask you to do own your own will be covered in detail. We will do a nutritional consultation as well specific to your goals.
